Job Description

Responsibilities

Energy transition consultancy, such as (working with our energy transition team to plan the future-state of an industrial park's energy mix and) evaluating the business model and case for different scenarios
Investment promotion, such as synthesising industry development insights and industry engagement (including cold calling corporates internationally)
Digitalisation consultancy, such as reviewing industrial park processes and IT systems so as to develop a data strategy and high-level system architecture (including working with partners to develop user requirements for an Integrated Command Centre)
Economic advisory, such as formulating industry development strategies and programmes to capture value and grow output, value add, and land uptake sustainably

Requirements

Understanding of energy transition fundamentals and ability to perform financial modelling
Familiarity with the digitalisation consultancy, having been part of a team undertaking similar industrial projects in the past
Some knowledge and interest in cold-calling and economic advisory
Good PowerPoint skills; not afraid to present to and engage senior corporate executives
Willing to travel and spend a few weeks on business travel, in countries such as Africa and China
Growth mindset, positive attitude, and generally agreeable and supportive
