Job Description

Bashan & Gilead Marine Services Pte Ltd (BGMS) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth business activities
  • Manage documentation, filing, correspondence, and company records
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal departments for operational requirements
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and administrative support for management
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents
  • Monitor office supplies, company assets, and general office maintenance
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks including staff records, attendance, and onboarding coordination
  • Assist in finance-related administrative duties such as payment follow-ups and document tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management

    Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Experience in logistics, marine, or operations industry will be an advantage
