Job Scope
- Fully responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the company's self-developed data center network products, ensuring on-time and quality completion.
- Develop deployment and resource plans, coordinate with R&D, testing, supply chain and other teams to drive implementation.
- Identify and resolve technical and process issues during the delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote standardization and optimization of company delivery processes, tools, and templates.
- Guide and mentor delivery team members to improve overall technical and managerial capabilities.
Requirement
- Degree in Computer, Communications, Information Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years related experience in data center network project delivery, with at least 2 years in project management.
- Familiar with Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and other data center network architectures and deployment processes is an advantage
