Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to set up electronic services for non-individual clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage onboarding for non-individual clients, including internet banking, Corporate PayNow, SGQR, and API services.
  • Liaise with business units on referrals, queries, and investigations.
  • Prepare reports and statistics.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
