Marine Fire & Safety Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FSR service teams handling fire-fighting and life-saving equipment, including FFE, LSA, and lifeboats

• Ensure high-quality servicing, inspections, and compliance with maritime and class requirements

• Drive operational efficiency, pricing optimisation, and service profitability

• Own or support P&L performance, budgeting, and cost control

• Manage team performance, training, and safety standards

• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and principals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar FSR / fire & safety service management role

• Strong background in servicing fire-fighting and life-saving equipment

• Proven team leadership and people-management skills

• Good commercial and P&L understanding
