Angle Recruitment is partnering with a leading marine company to hire an experienced
Contract Manager to support major projects from tender stage through execution to final close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and contractual advice across all project stages.
- Review tender documents, identify risks, and secure strong commercial positions.
- Ensure contract compliance across procurement and subcontracting.
- Track milestones, payments, variation orders, and project deliverables.
- Manage claims, disputes, and settlements with support from Legal.
- Guide project teams on contract obligations and documentation.
- Lead contract familiarization sessions for the project team.
- Strengthen internal processes and risk-management practices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree with 8+ years experience in contract management within marine, shipping, or offshore O&G.
- Strong knowledge of variation orders, notice periods, claims, and cost control.
- Solid understanding of contract law and project execution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, independent, and professional with high integrity.
