As a Manager, Clinical Quality, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborate with teams and external parties to ensure adherence to clinical governance standards
- Implement processes to monitor and enhance the quality of patient care
- Develop strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate clinical risks
- Oversee the collection, accuracy, and confidentiality of clinical data
- Mentor and manage junior staff
- Oversee budget planning
- Develop and update plans for managing outbreaks and pandemics
- Supervise infection control measures to prevent healthcare-associated infections
- Plan and execute clinical audits to assess adherence to standards
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possess Degree in Medicine / Nursing / Allied Health / Healthcare Management with experience in healthcare clinical quality related work.
