What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end program operations, including workshops, seminars, networking sessions, and mentorship initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, mentors, healthcare institutions, and research organisations to ensure seamless engagement and impactful collaborations
- Oversee program performance, track KPIs, monitor startup progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Drive ecosystem growth through strategic outreach, partnership development, and community-building initiatives
- Guide marketing and communications efforts, including newsletters, social media, and industry promotions, to highlight program milestones and startup successes
- Ensure efficient program operations, fostering a supportive and impactful healthcare innovation community
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level
- 5 - 7 years of working experience in healthcare innovation/ health technologies, preferably with event planning or program management exposure
- Proficient in partnership development, ecosystem engagement, and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
