Role Description
As a Manager supporting our APAC expansion, you will play a strategic role in shaping the foundations of our team and driving delivery excellence. This position is pivotal in championing best practices in project management, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation -- such as leveraging AI and digital tools where appropriate. In your day-to-day work, you will oversee client engagements, coordinate project delivery, and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Delivery:
- Provide strategic recommendations to client executive committees
- Oversee the delivery of entire engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to agreed standards
- Manage project financials, staffing, and regular stakeholder communications
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and new clients, contributing to the firm's growth strategy
- Craft impactful proposals, leveraging deep client knowledge and market insights
- Guide analysts and consultants in the development and delivery of proposals
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings and market positioning
Development of Internal Capabilities:
- Identify and spearhead initiatives to optimize internal operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency
- Champion the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies, including AI and other digital solutions to improve project outcomes and internal workflows
- Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
- Manage and mentor analysts and consultants. fostering skills through coaching and leadership
Qualifications
The following qualifications and experiences are required and/or preferred:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or PhD) preferred
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in a relevant field such as consulting, advisory, or sustainability
- Working knowledge on sustainability topics and a demonstrated commitment to sustainable transition required; expert / technical knowledge on sustainability topics preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 required, AI tools preferred
- Experience in business strategy, financial analysis, project management and negotiation required

- Proven advisory skills including issue identification, strategic influence, innovative problem-solving and persuasive communication
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of developing internal talent and building external networks
- Proven ability to engage with C-Suite, executives and/or board members in presentations, project meetings and/or workshops
- Agility to adapt to and manage different priorities within a fast-paced environment
