Fleet Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Fleet Partnerships Manager to lead the recruitment and management of fleet partners for our Zig platform. This role is critical in designing and executing win-win partnership schemes that drive onboarding of hirers from rental companies and enhance their productivity through increased completed trips on Zig.

Job Accountabilities:

Fleet Partner Acquisition & Management

. Identify, recruit, and onboard fleet rental companies and their hirers onto the Zig platform.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure long-term collaboration and trust.

Scheme Design & Execution

. Develop innovative, mutually beneficial schemes and incentive programs to attract hirers and improve their engagement.
. Monitor and optimize schemes to ensure alignment with business objectives and partner satisfaction.

Performance & Productivity Enhancement

. Analyze fleet partner and hirer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
. Implement strategies to increase completed trips and overall productivity on Zig.

Stakeholder Collaboration

. Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Driver Ops, Marketing, Analytics) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
. Serve as the primary liaison between fleet partners and Zig for operational and strategic matters.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting fleet partnerships.
. Provide insights and recommendations to shape Zig's fleet partnership strategy.

Ideal Profile:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
. 5+ years of experience in fleet partnerships, B2B relationship management, or mobility platforms.
. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Proven ability to design and implement incentive schemes that deliver measurable results.
