Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reports to the College President

1. Participate in fortnightly Deans Meetings where student student applications are evaluated and approved.

2. Formulate and presents strategies for increasing student enrolment at annual Deans Summit.

3. Oversee administrative staff in the department to ensure the staff fulfills their assigned roles and responsibilities.

Marketing

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enrolment in all schools.

2. Oversee external and internal promotions including website, social media, marketing collaterals, and publicity booths.

3. Maintain a database of churches, organizations, and alumni to market the College.

4. Alumni management for marketing purposes.

Recruitment

1. Ensure follow-up of all prospective students and enquirers to increase enrolment.

2. Oversee the admission process and manages the online admission system.

3. Liaise and work with Academic Office for the processing of approved applicants.

Fund-raising

1. Works with the President for fund-raising efforts

2. Develop and implement strategies to connect alumni to promote the mission of the College to raise funds

Other Responsibilities

1. Ensures compliance with finance policies and procedures.

2. Ensures compliance with PDPA guidelines.

Job Requirements:

. Educational Qualifications

o A recognized degree in any discipline.

. Experience

o Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the education industry.

o Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, and social media channels.

. Skills/Qualifications

o Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.

o Proficient in the use of CANVA or other design software (e.g. illustrator or photoshop).

o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and WordPress.

o Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on analysis, experience, and business priorities.

o Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

o Possess creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

o Proficient in the English and Chinese languages (spoken and written).

o Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbal and written) in an accurate and timely manner.

o Understand the broader organizational context and business objectives and align day-to-day activities with longer-term goals.

o Develop team members and provide regular and constructive feedback.

o Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
