JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for market research and analysis, executing marketing activities, taking steps to measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of the company/group through various goals and objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop long-term strategies to increase market share in our existing and new market
- Implement business continuity strategies, policies and plans
- Implement emerging market entry business strategies and collaborate with key account managers to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitors analysis to identify marketing opportunities and develop marketing tools that support the strategies in meeting the marketing and competitive conditions
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers
- Generate insights on business opportunities viability and grow business with existing clients
- Develop marketing strategies to acquire new clients
- Participate in relevant industry events for networking and lead generation
- Understand customers needs and recommend value propositions to retain existing customers and attract new customers
- Be part of the work group on the tender submissions and/or develop winning proposals to external parties
- Develop and write collaterals and publications such as brochures and other communication platforms (e.g. presentation deck etc) for both internal and external audiences
- Monitor the potential risks across the Company
- Perform any other adhoc duties
