Job Description

  • Identify, engage, and invite prospective guests through professional networks and other outreach channels for a private wine and dining concept
  • Plan and implement growth initiatives across various platforms
  • Drive the enrolment and recruitment of like-minded partners and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, prospects and strategic business partners
  • Represent the Company at exclusive events, tastings, and brand-related activities
  • Track and maintain sales activities and pipeline progress
  • Develop and recommend creative marketing ideas based on current market trends and insights
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support additional duties as required to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, customer engagement, or relationship management
  • Relevant experience in the following sectors:
  • Wine, spirits, or premium beverages
  • Hospitality, hotel, or upscale F&B
  • Financial services (e.g. private banking, wealth management, fundraising, or investor relations)
  • Self-driven and independent, with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays where required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
