Perform the duties of a Bank Teller at bank counter, include processing/checking customer transactions, handling cash/cheques, providing customer account services and adhering to security procedures etc.
Attend to customers enquiries and feedback in a professional manner in order to ensure a good banking experience for our customers.
Process/ Checking transactions such as Fixed Deposit, FX transactions, daily CTS-USD/SGD, Fast, GIRO payment, cheques, funds transfer (HLCF, V8, Olympics),
Participating in IDT, UAT, Project implementation and system enhancement/healthcheck.
Provide inputs into operation processes and workflows to deliver efficiently and mitigate risk.
Responsible to maintaining document management processes, including filling, scanning and organizing warehouse documents related to assigned tasks. This ensures seamless operations and facilitates convenient access to vital information as needed.
To perform RCSA as per schedule
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and data to the Management.
Escalate potential operation issues, provide recommendations and suggestions to the Management.
Update procedures to reflect changes to policies/regulations and in current practice
Update SOPs to incorporate new work processes, policies and/or regulations
Responsible for checking and authorization of other team members work (where required) to ensure accuracy in processing/settlement in the transactions.
Work as a team and contribute towards the Business Objectives.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), regulatory requirements and compliance standards for all processes.
Provide proper guidance and on-going mentoring/training of new joiners.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Banking sector
