We are an authentic Fujian cuisine restaurant brand looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, service, cost control, and supplier management.
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (SFA, NEA).
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, control labour costs, and improve efficiency.
- Analyse sales and operations data to drive revenue and profitability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Over 10 years experience in F&B management, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
- Experience managing operations for a chain restaurant or multi-outlet brand is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
