Job Scope :
Efficiently organizing schedules, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized files both digitally and physically.
Assessing and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Scheduling meetings, booking venues, and preparing necessary materials such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication channels.
Managing expense reports, tracking expenditures, and handling personal finances as required.
Requirements:
Admin or assistant experience is a plus
Having a driver's license is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and good communication skills.
Discretion, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
