Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and driven HR professional to lead the end-to-end HR function for our Singapore operations. This is a high-impact, standalone role where you will partner closely with business leaders and global HR to shape people strategy, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, business-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR operations while supporting organizational growth and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions
  • Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels
  • Coordinate interviews, offer management, and onboarding processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

HR Operations

  • Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policy administration
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee support

Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations, and other applicable labor laws
  • Support audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements

Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Drive performance management cycles and review processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture programs
  • Partner with managers on employee development and retention strategies

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations
  • Ensure fair and consistent implementation of HR policies

HR Systems & Digital HR

  • Manage HRMS platforms and employee databases
  • Support HR automation and digital HR initiatives
  • Experience with Zoho People will be an added advantage

Exit Management

  • Manage employee separation processes and exit formalities
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
  • Generate retention insights and improvement recommendations
Key Requirements
·4-9 years of core HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations and compliance
· Prior experience handling HR independently or managing country-level HR responsibilities
· Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, CPF, MOM regulations, and HR compliance
· Experience in payroll coordination and employee relations
· Exposure to HRMS platforms; Zoho People experience preferred
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Highly proactive, organized, and business-oriented approach
