Manager, Asset Management & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Manage asset performance, lifecycle planning, and value enhancement initiatives across assigned properties or portfolios.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, yield, operating costs, and ROI, and recommend improvement strategies.

• Support leasing strategies, tenant management, and lease negotiations to maintain healthy occupancy and tenant relationships.

• Evaluate and execute asset enhancement initiatives, working closely with project, engineering, finance, and legal teams.

• Prepare financial analyses, business cases, and feasibility studies to support investment and asset decisions.

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new developments.

• Conduct market research and financial modelling to support investment strategies and portfolio growth.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, partners, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or related discipline

• Master's degree (MBA, CFA) is an advantage

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably in industrial real estate

• Experience in real estate investment, asset management, or business development

• Strong skills in financial analysis and cash flow modelling

• Good understanding of Singapore real estate market and regulatory environment

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
