Senior Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including consolidated accounts and variance analysis.

• Prepare statutory financial statements and financial announcements (quarterly updates, half-year results, annual reports).

• Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, MAS REIT regulations, and accounting standards.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for portfolio and asset performance.

• Manage tax compliance, GST submissions, and regulatory requirements, including Interested Party Transactions (IPTs).

• Oversee cash flow planning, treasury matters, and loan covenant monitoring.

• Support financing activities such as debt refinancing and lender coordination.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, trustees, and banks.

• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred

• Master's degree (MBA or Finance) is an advantage

Experience & Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit with exposure to REITs or real estate investment/asset management

• Strong understanding of REIT regulations, SGX listing rules, and MAS guidelines

• Proficiency in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, FP&A, and tax compliance

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with trustees, lenders, and financial institutions is an advantage
