This role manages the distribution of funds for the government and ensures that there are safeguards in place for the payouts to be fairly and correctly disbursed.
What You Will Be Working On
- Review high risk cases identified from various sources (e.g. analytics models) which may involve review of assessments, field work, introduction of compliance actions upstream or pre-emptively to reduce the no. of such cases and detect and deter abuse and fraud
- Ensure compliance with eligibility conditions
- Analyse market trends, business models and audit observations that may impact compliance level and plan for relevant engagement/education activities to prevent non-compliance
- Promoting the use of digital services to improve overall compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Background in accounting, business or economics
- Good numerical and computer literacy
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment or as a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
