Long standing history and strong global operations, this company has been growing aggressively organically and through acquisitions. Constantly innovating to meet the changing consumer needs and behaviours while expanding their global market share, they are now looking for a high calibre Assistant Manager to help in the Enterprise Risk team.

About The Job

The role involves enforcing risk governance processes, compliance monitoring, and harmonizing group policies and standards. Key responsibilities include facilitating risk evaluation and mitigation, building advanced risk analytics capabilities, tracking key risk indicators, and monitoring claims and loss control issues. The role also involves designing processes for PDPA compliance, maintaining risk registers and BCM portals, stress-testing business continuity capabilities, reviewing insurance policies, and communicating with external parties

Skills And Experience Required

You should ideally be Degree qualified from a reputable university. Prior experience in the Big 4 Risk team or commercial experience in a similar role is ideal. Alternatively, you may also be from the Big 4 External Audit team with a keen interest to work in the Risk team. Company is ATO accredited, generous days of AL and is on a hybrid work arrangement - 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home.
