Manager, Advertiser Solutions (Sales)
Location: Singapore
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in office)
This is a highly visible, commercially critical role with real ownership. You'll be the strategic face of PubMatic across Singapore and Southeast Asia, influencing senior agency leaders, shaping SPO-driven partnerships, and accelerating adoption of our core programmatic solutions.

What You'll Own
- You won't just manage accounts - you'll drive impact.
- Grow and deepen agency & advertiser partnerships across Singapore and the SEA market, positioning PubMatic as a strategic, long-term partner
- Influence senior decision-makers, challenging assumptions and introducing innovative programmatic strategies
- Drive revenue growth, increasing platform spend and PMP performance across your portfolio
- Lead SPO-led conversations and full-funnel solution selling that deliver measurable outcomes
- Expand adoption of PubMatic's core products, including Activate and Curate
- Identify new revenue streams within existing and prospective clients
- Deliver compelling QBRs and strategic business reviews that reinforce value and unlock new opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global demand teams to execute complex commercial deals
- Represent PubMatic at industry events, strengthening your network and market presence
What You Bring
- 3+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within ad tech or digital media
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including buying models, optimisation tactics, pricing dynamics, and audience strategies
- A track record of driving platform adoption and revenue growth with agencies or brands
- Established relationships within agency holding groups and/or direct advertisers in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Understanding of CTV/OTT and addressability solutions (highly valued)
- Curiosity around AI and emerging technologies, and the ability to translate innovation into commercial opportunity
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset suited to a fast-paced, global environment
