Responsibilities
We're looking for an organised and hands-on Manager, Administration & Facilities, to support day-to-day operations combining facilities oversight with administrative support and coordination.
- Manage daily facilities operations, including maintenance scheduling, repair coordination, and infrastructure support
- Liaise with service providers such as security and cleaning vendors to ensure consistent service delivery
- Monitor safety and compliance, including access control systems and emergency procedures
- Assist in office planning, workspace allocation, and minor renovation or improvement projects
- Track and implement sustainability measures and maintain detailed records of facility usage, maintenance, and related activities
- Provide administrative support for operational reporting, procurement documents, internal presentations, and coordination of facility-related requests.
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration or Facility Management would be an advantage
- Prior experience in managing facilities
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to operational details
- Familiarity with building systems would be an advantage, with on-the-job training provided
- Reliability and ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, working well with internal and external parties.
