Responsibilities
We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Contracts Manager to provide end-to-end support for contracts and agreements, ensuring obligations and objectives are met and projects are delivered in accordance with internal policies.
- Draft, review and manage contracts and vendor agreements to safeguard organisational interests
- Oversee procurement and tender activities, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements
- Monitor budgets, track variations and oversee claims administration to ensure financial performance remains on target
- Support negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to secure favourable outcomes
- Prepare and present relevant reports to management for informed decision-making
- Ensure accurate maintenance of agreements, correspondences and approval records for audit readiness
- Track project milestones and contractual obligations, ensuring timely compliance across multiple projects
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related issues and resolve escalations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen contract governance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in any Business, Information Technology, Project Management or any discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role, managing and administering contracts for IT projects
- Ability to work well with various external parties as well as internal cross-functional teams
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills, collaboration skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Discretion and high standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
