Basic Job Information

Job Title: Manager / Business Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

1. Be fully responsible for the company's daily operation management, business development and team management, formulate and implement business plans to achieve the company's performance goals.

2. Coordinate core businesses including local labor recruitment, staff management, and client liaison in Singapore, maintain partnerships and client relationships, and enhance business reputation and market share.

3. Manage daily administrative, human resources and financial affairs, optimize work processes to ensure efficient and standardized operation of the company.

4. Lead the team to complete the whole process of recruitment, position matching, work pass application and staff follow-up, control business quality and service efficiency.

5. Be responsible for team training, assessment and management, motivate team enthusiasm and improve overall business capabilities.

6. Timely handle business emergencies, customer and employee complaints, coordinate and resolve various disputes to ensure smooth business development.

7. Follow up market trends, formulate reasonable business strategies, expand new clients and business channels to promote sustainable business development.

8. Strictly abide by the laws and regulations of Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and relevant government departments to ensure all company businesses are conducted legally and compliantly.

Job Requirements

1. Have local working experience in Singapore, experience in human resources, labor agency and management is preferred.

2. Familiar with Singapore labor policies, work pass application procedures and local manpower market rules, with solid industry knowledge.

3. Have excellent team management ability, business development ability, communication and coordination ability and problem-solving ability.

4. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to communicate with local clients, employees and relevant government departments proficiently, skilled in using office software.

5. Responsible and executive, with good professional quality, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to coordinate overall work independently.

6. Good moral character, no bad records, identify with the company's philosophy, with good business reputation and service awareness.

7. Hold valid legal residence and work documents in Singapore, able to work stably for a long time.

Salary & Benefits

1. Salary: Negotiable (Basic salary + performance commission + bonus + year-end dividend, attractive remuneration with no upper limit)
