Management Trainee

key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily logistics planning and scheduling of delivery routes.
• Learn to manage fleet deployment, manpower allocation, and route optimization.
• Support the coordination of catering/event delivery timelines to ensure punctual service.
• Monitor logistics performance (delivery accuracy, timing, resource utilization).
• Work closely with operations, kitchen, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare logistics reports and data analysis for management review.
• Take on supervisory responsibilities during peak operations as part of training.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen interest in logistics operations and resource planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as per operational needs (especially in catering/event industries).
