We are expanding our team at HSBC Life and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our structured Management Trainee programme.

No prior financial-services experience is required.

You will receive structured training, mentorship and hands-on development in:

Wealth & Investments | Client Management | Business Development | Sales | Leadership

What You'll Do

• Learn how to conduct wealth and investment conversations with clients
• Understand investment products, funds and portfolio concepts
• Build and manage client relationships
• Develop business through referrals, networking, events and outreach
• Attend regular investment, product and market training
• Develop presentation, communication and sales skills
• Work towards increased client and leadership responsibilities
• Opportunity to progress towards a management and team-building track
