Join Catalyst Marketing Solutions and gain exposure to Sales campaigns across the telecommunications, education technology, and non-profit sectors. No prior experience is required—training, one-to-one mentorship, and coaching will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers to understand their problems and provide solutions

• Learn communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills

• Understand customer needs and present suitable products or campaigns

• Participate in training, roleplays, and team development sessions

• Take on additional coaching and leadership responsibilities as you develop

Career Progression Path

Phase 1: Sales Foundation (Month 1)

• Learn sales fundamentals through 1-to-1 mentorship and live campaigns
• Execute sales and outreach campaigns across: Telcommunications services / Ed-tech programs / Non profit organisation
• Develop strong communication, presentation, and confidence.

Phase 2: Leadership & Coaching (Month 2 onwards)

• Support and guide newer team members
• Conduct coaching and training sessions
• Take on leadership responsibilities within campaigns

Phase 3: Team & Project Management

• Manage small teams and oversee daily operations
• Support project planning, performance tracking, and reporting
• Work closely with senior leaders on campaign strategy and delivery

• Fresh graduates, Poly/JC graduates, ORD personnel, and career switchers

• Positive, driven, coachable, and willing to learn

• Resilient and able to stay motivated through challenges

• Interested in long-term growth into leadership

Experience is welcome but not required.
