Job Responsibilities
. Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract
. Liaising with external parties on insurance renewal or application related matter
. Preparing and printing of document for the operation
. Calls and emails follow up to customer or external clients
. Assist in billing related matters
. Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
. Keying in daily and monthly sales report
. Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required
. Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
. Assist in marketing related tasks
Job Requirement
. Entry Level or 1 year of working experience
. Team player
. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
