Job Description

Working Hours: Shift Based (4 Rest Days per month)

Location: City Hall

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day store operations including customer service, food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and stock management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Learn and follow all SOPs for service excellence.
  • Support senior staff in team supervision, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Learn how to motivate and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor service standards and assist in handling customer feedback or complaints.
  • Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
  • Learn to manage ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
  • Understand daily sales processes and help prepare end-of-day reports.
  • Learn how to analyze sales and performance data for decision-making.
  • Participate in training new staff.
  • Learning Store Opening Procedures, Various Job Skills, Management Skills
