Working Hours: Shift Based (4 Rest Days per month)

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day store operations including customer service, food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Learn and follow all SOPs for service excellence.
- Support senior staff in team supervision, shift scheduling, and task delegation.
- Learn how to motivate and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor service standards and assist in handling customer feedback or complaints.
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory control.
- Learn to manage ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
- Understand daily sales processes and help prepare end-of-day reports.
- Learn how to analyze sales and performance data for decision-making.
- Participate in training new staff.
- Learning Store Opening Procedures, Various Job Skills, Management Skills
