Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and service quality.
  • Support staffing, training, and scheduling.
  • Monitor costs, inventory, and supplier management.
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery.
  • Assist in reports, promotions, and business development projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years F&B/hospitality experience (fresh grads considered).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / POS systems.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Guest-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented.
