As we build our foundational team, we are seeking high-calibre talent with both domain-specific financial expertise and regional exposure, particularly in cross-border technology credit markets.

Job Description: Management Associate - Silverstreak Analytics

This rotational leadership track is designed to accelerate your growth across strategy, investments, operations, and partnerships. You will work directly with senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping our cross-border credit investment business.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Investment Analysis & Deal Structuring

Evaluate creditworthiness of fintech borrowers and tech-enabled SMEs across SEA

Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment

Support investment structuring and documentation processes

2.Market Research & Strategic Planning

Track market trends in private credit, alternative lending, and digital financing models

Benchmark competitive dynamics across regions (SG, ID, VN, PH)

3.Partnership Origination

Engage with prospective partners (Fintechs, SaaS firms, AI platforms) to identify collaboration opportunities

Leverage candidate's professional networks to build partnerships with regional operators

4.Product Development Support

Work closely with tech and analytics teams to develop underwriting algorithms

Provide feedback and insights to refine investor dashboards and credit scoring models

5.Internal Operations & Reporting

Prepare internal investment memos and monthly investor updates

Participate in strategic initiatives relating to fundraising, investor relations, and regulatory compliance

Job Requirements:

1-5 years of relevant experience (investment, consulting, fintech, or credit-related roles).

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills.

Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders across cultures.

Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, to support regional stakeholder engagement..

Critical thinker with high integrity and strong judgment.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration Master's degree a plus.
