Role Overview

We&aposre seeking a proactive individual to own, optimise, and evolve our use of this platform, aligning business needs with technical capabilities.
As the key owner of the platform, you will bridge business and technology. Youll ensure optimal platform configuration, streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and work with stakeholders to drive digital enablement in wealth and asset management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- System & Data Support
- Serve as the primary administrator and super user of Wize by Teamwork platform.
- Main liaison with product support of Teamwork/Wize, SIX Financial, Bloomberg and Refinitiv, and navigator to trouble-shoot for system issues
- Liaising with market data vendors and custodians for efficient and accurate delivery of data
- Setup new users, clients, portfolios, benchmarks and securities
- Day to day
- Reconciliation of transactions and positions for clients across several custodians through both data feeds and advices.
- Maintain the portfolios of clients and various investment strategies of Golden Equator
- Monitor and report on portfolios performance, transactions and holding where required.
- Migration of new clients portfolios into Wize
- Ensuring integrity of all data in Wize
- Report deviation of investment strategies, restrictions and allocation
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc report for client/ Family Office Advisors.
- Self-Motivated
- Build a deep knowledge of the Wize platform to improve risk management, compliance and reporting delivery
- Apply critical thoughts to existing tools and processes; make recommendations and test solutions
- Customise workflows, reports, and dashboards for Family Office Advisors, compliance, operations, and client service teams.
- Lead or support data integration initiatives (e.g., custodians, reporting systems).
- Train internal users and support adoption through documentation, workshops, and support.
Required Qualifications
- Good academic qualifications with background in Finance/Accounting/IT or related fields preferred
- 2-5 years professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably with back office operations experience
- 2+ years working with financial platforms (preferably wealth or asset management systems).
- Familiarity with Wize by Teamwork platform
- Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge
- Working knowledge and understanding of security markets, fixed income and derivatives
- Technology savvy and understand the fundamentals of trade capture, data processing/management, and trade reconciliations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data mapping, workflows, system configuration, and user support.
- Strong understanding of compliance, portfolio operations, CRM, and digital client experiences in finance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Keen awareness of client servicing requirements
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, well-organised, problem-solver, independent thinker, possess intellectual curiosity and keenness to learn
- Knowledge of any Excel VBA/ Python language is a plus
- Knowledge of Bloomberg or Refinitiv with excel API is a plus
