Conduct detailed assessments of potential startups, including preparing due diligence reports and investment memorandum, and providing investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
Assist in preparing fund decks, proposals, and other materials for capital-raising initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, collect timely updates, and prepare comprehensive semi-annual fund performance reports.
Support fund onboarding and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Review investment documents and process related payments.
Prepare and review management fee calculations, distribution waterfall models, and assist with fund operations, including annual accounts, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
Fresh Graduate Preferred/Candidate with less than 3 years of experience
Preferably have experience in fund management operations or investments.
Eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
Open-minded and highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accountancy, or a related discipline.
