Management & Admin Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PA to the General Manager to provide full administrative and business support while working closely with the Sales Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage GM's diary, meetings, travel, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with Sales, HoS, and stakeholders maintain records and compliance tracking.
- Support sales team with offers, templates, CRM updates, dashboards (Power BI), and project files.
- Coordinate training programs and manage related budgets.
- Oversee office administration including reception, supplies, vendors, travel, and staff engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
- 2-3 years experience in PA, Sales Support, or Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in managing senior stakeholders.
