Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM (24hr x 7 days on Standby)
Job Description
- End device (e.g. Readers) installation methodologies and Maintenance Process
- Participate in maintenance and implementation of project works
- Troubleshooting and replacement of faulty electronics parts
- Manage maintenance sites and carry out PM (Central Equipment) maintenance tasks according to schedule
- Attend to CM services when requested by clients, within response time and system turnaround time
- Ensure system are functional ready and operation are smooth.
- Assist client in daily operation when system is unavailable
- Attend to client query and request
- Provide with quotation for adhoc service request/ VO work not within maintenance contract (Optional)
- To carry out A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle
- Able to read construction drawings include Architectural layout, Combined services drawings, Penetration requirement drawings, Electrical and Security line drawings (Preferred)
- Plan and design cable routing and equipment shop drawings as well as updating Installation Drawings for as-built production (optional)
- Able to co-ordinate site and installation issues with Consultant, User and other Contractors
- Conduct Testing and Commissioning with Consultant, User and other Contractors
- Perform software patches/update to the system, when necessary, with guidance from Senior Engineer
- Regular update to client for maintenance status
- Support Contract administration works (reports, ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist etc)
- Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work
- Understanding maintenance and project cycle
- Possess Good initiative and strong communication skill
- Basic Knowledge in Project Management Software such as Microsoft Project (optional)
- Familiarize with Industrial Code of Practice (CP Standard & WSH (Work at Height & Safety) (Preferred)
- Familiarize with Site Installation Approach Methodology
- Customer intimacy skill
- Cost Budgeting knowledge
Job Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in E&E/Infocom/Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Preferably with more than 2 years experience in relevant system implementation.
- Able to troubleshoot fault, analyse and resolve fault
- Good knowledge in network and system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Preferably, possess class 3 licence, own vehicle (optional)
