Electrical Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Assistant to support our skilled electricians in the execution of various electrical tasks. You will be responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

design and development of Products and Solutions, involving motors, electrical drives, PLC controllers, sensors, instrumentation and software applications.

Prepare system architecture, functional description and control philosophy of new products and solutions.

Familiar with Electrical calculations and sizing of main electrical components (Eg. motors, rectifiers, drives, breakers, cables, etc)

Engage and work with owners, vendors and regulatory bodies on engineering design and deliverables.

Prepare product technical specifications for tender purpose.

Prepare technical drawings and purchase specifications for construction purposes.

Conduct factory testing and support in field commissioning.

Provide technical support in resolving technical issues on field deployment of delivered solutions.

Produce 2D & 3D AutoCad drawings & coordination of drawings etc.

Prepare work schedules & attend client meeting and internal meeting.

To assist manager on the day to day activities under the Master Planning schedule, Quality, safety, Etc

Check for non-conformance product or installation to avoid defects.

Experience in Plant Engineering work to preferred including HT, Ct, network and instrumentation/control installation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in the design of drive...

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.

Knowledge of electrical safety standards is a plus.
