Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians.
- Maintain and supervise all machine and equipment.
- Assist Production Supervisor or planner on any related production activities and/or improve productivity.
- Coordinate daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify necessary repairs.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance and train new technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance work.
- Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in Chinese with our Chinese staff.
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
