Roles & Responsibilities
Job Requirement
- Plan daily and monthly schedule for company.
- Deal with clients on landscape maintenance work.
- Coordinate with landscape maintenance team on carrying out jobs to clients full satisfaction.
- Check sites to see if soil mix (compost) and fertilizers are bring correctly applied.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed strictly.
- Review sites according to the contract deliverables, health and safety regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Required language(s): English, Tamil (in order to deal with workers)
- Dynamic and willing to travel within Singapore
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prefer candidates with landscape maintenance knowledge
- Entry level candidates with relevant Polytechnic / WSQ Diploma / Degree are welcomed
Working Hours and Office Location
- Six (6) days work week
- Office location: Balestier
- Work location: Various Sites all around Singapore
