About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Landscape Architect to join our team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing landscape projects that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Working closely with clients, consultants, and our construction team, you will ensure that every project aligns with design intent, technical requirements, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects.
- Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and technical documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is carried through to project completion.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide design solutions to resolve on-site challenges.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities for project submissions and approvals.
- Research and recommend sustainable design practices, plant species, and materials suitable for the Singapore climate.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including NParks, BCA, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee tender preparation, evaluate quotations, and support cost estimation for landscape works.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project implementation (experience in Singapore preferred).
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape materials, and construction details.
- Creative flair with attention to aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
- Good project management and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
