Maintenance Manager

Job Description

• Based in property and reports to Director of Maintenance
• Maintenance of the property operations, mechanical and electrical operations of the properties
• Lead, manage, train and guide a team of technicians and vendors/contractors
• Inspecting maintenance work and hands-on for troubleshooting and repairs
• Respond, resolve and close rectification request cases within timeline.
• Assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies, follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures
• Assist on quotation for Director of Maintenance's review and management's approval
• Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant supervisory work experience in hotel engineering team
• Min. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of building mechanical HVAC and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills
• Fire Safety Manager certification preferred
