We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring all systems, equipment, and facilities run efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams, vendors, and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage manpower planning, staffing needs, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations and maintain equipment reliability and uptime.
- Control costs for labour, equipment, spare parts, and subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all maintenance works.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to meet operational requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and maintenance input for new projects.
- Conduct training and develop the technical skillsof maintenance staff.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
- Valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels and external stakeholders.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
