Client & Employer Relations
- Engage with prospective employers to understand household requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
- Present helper biodata, arrange interviews, and guide employers throughout the hiring process.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure smooth placement and satisfaction.
Overseas Sourcing & Recruitment
- Manage relationships with overseas training centers, recruiters, and partner agencies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates from countries such as Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, etc.
- Ensure helpers meet MOM requirements and undergo proper documentation before deployment.
- Coordinate training, medical checks, and travel arrangements.
Administration & Compliance
- Prepare and process documentation for MOM applications, work permits, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, employer requests, and placement status.
- Ensure all placements comply with Singapore's regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in maid agency operations, with a strong background in overseas sourcing.
- Familiar with MOM rules and regulations on hiring foreign domestic workers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English, plus knowledge of Bahasa/Tagalog/Myanmar language is an advantage).
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
