- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional specifications, cosmetic standards, and geometric tolerances.
- Experienced in metal fabrication techniques such as polishing, sandblasting, etching, and laser processing.
- Capable of designing manufacturing processes for both metal parts and mold components.
- Hands-on experience with adjusting jigs and fixtures, fine-tuning equipment parameters, utilizing measurement tools, and troubleshooting to ensure products meet required specifications.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of machining fundamentals and dimensional tolerance analysis.
- Software Skills: Proficient in 3D/2D CAD software (e.g., UG/NX) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communication: Able to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders in China.
- Data Handling: Skilled in organizing and analyzing technical data for engineering purposes.
