Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sellspecialized construction machinery. This role combines office-based planning in the mornings with outdoor client engagement in the afternoons, offering adynamic balance of strategy and fieldwork.
Machinery Portfolio
As part of this role, you will be responsible for
- Excavator Vibro & Auger (EVA)
- Excavator Bucket & Breaker (EBB)
- Silent Piler Machine (SPM)
- Telescopic Crawler Cranes (TCC)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate sales activities during morning office hours.
- Conduct afternoon outdoor client visits, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Promote and sell specialized construction machinery in target sectors.
- Achieve KPI targets tied to salary, allowance, and commission.
- Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Gather market intelligence and prepare sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum2 years of experience in heavy machinery or construction equipment sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance office-based tasks with outdoor fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in outdoor environments.
- Valid Driving License is required (for outdoor sales).
Remuneration Details
- Monthly Salary up to $3,000 (includes transport allowance of $1,200)
- KPI Target: sales goals of total amount both salary and allowance
- 5-day work week (AM - Office & PM - Outdoor)
- Leave entitlement: Annual Leave 14 days + Casual Leave 9 days + Medical Leave 14 days
- Bonuses:
- Quarterly Bonus (Performance Based)
- December Personal Bonus (buyback unused Casual Leave & Medical Leave)
