Machine Operator

. Set up, operate and monitor machinery (printers, wrapping machine etc) in accordance with production SOPs and good manufacturing practice

. Adjust machine settings, including speed, feed rates, or other parameters, as needed for optimal performance.

. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.

. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt repair.

. Report the stock levels of packaging, parts, and machine consumables to ensure adequate supplies and prevent shortages

. Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, downtime, and machine performance

. Communicate with supervisors and other team members regarding production progress and potential issues

. Perform daily QC inspection on packaging, semi-finished products and finished products

. Perform secondary packing activities ( labelling, packing, batch coding, assembling and wrapping)

. To pack for pick and dispatch products according to the orders

. Maintain cleanliness, good housekeeping and perform general facilities maintenance in production area

. Promptly report any quality issues, equipment malfunction and production issues to team leader or supervisor

. Ensure proper storage segregation and handling of products

. Ensure updating of daily checklist and proper documentation

. To work closely with the team to meet the production deadlines

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job requirement

• Male between the ages of 30 and 50 are welcome to apply
• Minimum N level
• Physically fit and good eyesight
• At least 1 year of similar working experience as operator / production assistant in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in running the relevant equipment and handling of printers
• Able to read and communicate in English and Chinese
• Able to work overtime when necessary
