JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project budgeting.
- Conduct price comparisons and prepare detailed costing summaries
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, assess progress payments, and handle final account settlements.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, developers, and contractors on claims certification and project matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant engineering or construction-related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in M&E projects
- Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract duties
- Familiar with cost control, claims, and contract administration
