Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager/ Project team in all contractual and costing matters.
- Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
- Attend tender and project meetings.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification, acquire quotations and comparison in prices.
- Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requirements with minimal supervision.
- Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the projects/tenders.
- Prepare construction drawings, 3d drawings and make fast drawing amendments accordingly.
- Plan inadvance materials need to be used for the assigned project and budget control.
- Good in negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.M&E Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the requirement of MEP tender document.
- Tender preparation including bills of quantities (BOQ), quantity. take-off, sourcing of contractor or supplier, and cost estimation
- Attend site show-round.
- Compilation of quotations and comparison of quotes.
- Assist in project procurement.
- Preparation of MEP shop drawing, co-ordination drawing, details drawing, and As-Built drawing.
- Update MEP Construction drawing regularly based on the layout changes.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
