M&E Engineer (quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter)

Roles & Resbonsiblity:

• Interpret technical designs and drawings
• Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site
• Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project
• Plan, design and administer contract/project of mechanical and electrical engineering works for building services.
• Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
• Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports
• Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants and contractors
• Manage the projects and identify any non-conformity of contractor's work at site
  Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirments :
. At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
. Relevant working experience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage.
. Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
. Proficiency in AutoCAD/ BIM software is an added advantage.
. Able to work as a team, assertive, independent and proactive.
. Must have successfully started Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Recreational projects
. Qualified for registration in Professional Engineers Board, Singapore will be an advantage
