Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Manager to lead and oversee all M&E works on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical works are executed according to project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at the project site
- Enforce compliance with authority submission requirements and manage all related documentation
- Implement and monitor the Company's Management System to ensure efficient work processes on-site
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to support timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Ensure M&E works are executed in accordance with specifications, safety regulations, project schedules, and budgets
- Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors to maintain high standards of safety and work quality
- Foster and enforce safe work practices and site safety awareness among workers and sub-contractors
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve site-related issues
- Lead and mentor the M&E team to achieve project goals under the designated scope of work
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in M&E project management or coordination
- In-depth knowledge of local authority submission processes and construction standards
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of site operations, safety procedures, and construction workflows
